East Suffolk Council and Access Community Trust are partners in providing community support services, particularly for vulnerable individuals and those at risk of social isolation or homelessness.
Access Community Trust, a Suffolk and Norfolk based charity, offers a range of services including housing support, mental health and wellbeing assistance, and employment support. The council and the trust collaborate on various initiatives, including addressing rough sleeping, providing support for those experiencing hoarding disorder, and offering community-based health and wellbeing services.
