Cllr Jenny Ceresa is your East Suffolk Ward Member for Carlton & Whitton and the deputy leader of the East Suffolk Conservative Group.

Cllr Ceresa was previously East Suffolk Council’s first female Chair. In addition to her district council responsibilities, she is also a Suffolk County councillor for the Lowestoft South division.
